Norman Cousins wrote that positive emotions in patients would have a salutary physiologic effect, more than pain killers and tranquilizers. He advocated introduction of systematic exercises in affirmative emotions in patients as necessary for enhancing their body chemistry.
In patients in any Hospital have virtually nothing to do, except to gaze the ceiling. Not that all the inpatients are bed ridden. There are many who are fit to move around within the Hospital. Since they have much time at their disposal which can be profitably put to use for their own cure and healing, I have an in-house program for their benefit. The Program is purely visual and they can just and sit and enjoy. The broad features of this Program are as under:

1 Nature Visits to: Beaches of the World; Mountains and Lakes; Forests; Rivers ; Water Falls; Snow Lands; Flower Valleys; Bird Watching; Butter fly Farm; Fun Animals; Under Water; Sunset Wonders; Art in the Sky; etc.
2. Sight Seeing Visits to Foreign Countries: Visiting USA ; UK; Russia; Italy; Antarctica; Switzerland; Japan; China; Dubai; Egypt; Wonders of the World; etc.
3. Visit to Art Galleries to have a view of Indian Classical Paintings; Animal Paintings; Nature Paintings; 3 D Paintings; Structural Paintings; Modern Art; Fine Art; Smoke and Fire Art; Toon Art; Water Art; Graphic Art; Pencil Drawings; Roman Paintings; Korean Paintings; Piccasso Paintings; Ravi Verma Paintings; 2-in-1 Illusion Paintings; Animated Paintings; Sculptures; Fantastic Photographs, etc.
